Here's our terms & refund policy
Hey, it's super simple. Here's the deal:
First, we offer 1 hour coaching sessions that will walk you through installing, setting up, and transferring any current passwords into 1Password. That's all we do.
Second, we don't guarantee that 1Password is going to work for you, work all the time, or be better than what you're using now. We definitely think it will be better in every way, but we don't guarantee anything.
Third, we'll refund the session fee if you notify us 24 hours or more before the session. If you notify us after that point, we'll offer a rescheduled session.
