Do I need to buy 1Password before the call?

No. I can help you decide which plan fits you best. Just make sure you have your credit card with you when we start! (Don't worry, it's just a few bucks a month.)

Will you have access to my passwords?

Absolutely not! I’ll help you set things up, but you’ll keep your info private the whole time. You'll have the option of pausing the video on our call if you need to see any passwords.

Can I use 1Password on a PC and/or Android phones?

Yes, it works across Mac, PC, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and any modern browser.

What if I need more than an hour?

Additional hours are available at $100 per.

Hey, it's super simple. Here's the deal:First, we offer 1 hour coaching sessions that will walk you through installing, setting up, and transferring any current passwords into 1Password. That's all we do.Second, we don't guarantee that 1Password is going to work for you, work all the time, or be better than what you're using now. We definitely think it will be better in every way, but we don't guarantee anything.Third, we'll refund the session fee if you notify us 24 hours or more before the session. If you notify us after that point, we'll offer a rescheduled session.
